I've always been happy with the services @ Weber. They have ben courteous and knowledgeable and helpful. On this last visit, it seemed like it took a little longer than normal for the oil change and tire rotation. Ususally it is always under an hour but his time it took 1 1/2 hours. I've always filled out the surveys via the computer or phone call. In particular I tell about the courteous cashiers and their importance in being the last experience with Weber. So when I asked the cashier on this last visit if she ever heard anything positive from the surveys, I was surprised and disappointed when she said NO. It makes me wonder who the results are for and if my comments mean anything. Just during this visit I heard her tellling one of the customers how she could save her some money and the customer was elated. I also heard a customer get upset because he was supposed to have free oil changes on his "certified" car but was mistakenly billed.
