We went to several different car lots and we didn't have any luck with sales man/person until we came here. I know Dalton understood what we needed and even worked hard on getting the truck my Dad wanted ready for him on the same day. I would give the manager and him a five star on explaining everything and taking care of my Dad and getting him in his vehicle the same day since he was vehicle less. The service department was able to look over everything as well and make sure it was ready to roll.

Everything went smooth as far as buying the truck from Chris Bittick. He was a straight shooter and very personable. He deserves a 5 star review, but my overall experience with Weber Chevrolet does not. My complaint being, the VERY lowball offer for my trade-in. I understand the car business and expect trade values to be somewhat low.... but not $9,000 low. Service Tech advised immediately the projected time frame that we would be waiting for the servicing of our vehicle to be completed. He was right on the money; it took 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. The waiting room is comfortable. My only complaint, I picked some popcorn from the vending machine, however, no microwave to pop. The cashier, who has been with Weber for many years, offered to go upstairs and pop for me. I thought that was extremely thoughtful especially since she was on her lunch.
