We were caught in a computer hack that affected 15,000 dealerships. While waiting to seal the deal, our original salesman dropped the ball. Weber picked up the pieces and scrambled to complete the purchase and make me happy. I was so happy I came back four hours later and bought another car from Drew!

Overall experience was about as good as you can get when
Overall experience was about as good as you can get when buying a car which is stressful. They play the game just like any other dealer with negotiating on the price. But Tony was a great communicator and a good dude. Finance guy was helpful and made it go easy. The cleaning of the car could have been a lot better. I was a little disappointed that the new car had a visible scratch and they had the wash boy came out and made it worse by not knowing how to use rubbing compound. Then say well it’s going to get more of those anyways when the scratch wouldn’t come out. So that was disappointing. I would thought they would offer to replace the piece since it was a brand new vehicle.

Car shopping is never fun, but Tony made it as easy as possible. He was personable, funny, and didn't act like a 'salesman.' He also explained the Equinox's features more clearly than the other dealerships I'd been at that day. George Weber was worth the extra drive, and I plan to get the car serviced there as well!

Do not recommend.
Do not recommend. It’s a business of course and in it to make money but will low ball your trade and take advantage of you if don’t know any better. Will not work with you to lessen their cut. Would rather move on to the next sucker than have long term returning customers. Not willing to bend for the customer as their incentives are more important. Take your time and research other local dealerships! I’ve found there are dealers and GSMs willing do do much more for you and your family than these guys. I regret giving you my business in the last sale and will make sure not even have that car serviced at your location again.

I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Weber since 2019. Each time I was treated like a family member of the company. I was not subjected to any sales pitch or pressured. My sales rep Drew Shoemaker was professional and helpful in locating exactly what I was looking for. He has since followed up with me multiple times to be sure I get all the help needed with the technology and understand all the features on my new Suburban High Country. It feels like your in a cockpit of a jet. LOL I will continue to do business with this dealership and highly recommend them.

Darryl ‘Doc’ Cash at George Weber Chevrolet was nothing short of AMAZING! I recently had a bad experience at another dealership a few weeks ago and Doc made me feel as if the previous situation never even existed! He was on point with everything, from his hospitality to his customer service! The vehicle I purchased was just as he described it to be, FLAWLESS! He even took the time out of his day to pick me up from the airport and he directed me to a good restaurant to go to after driving my vehicle off of the showroom floor.
