I recently had a bad experience at another dealership a few weeks ago and Doc made me feel as if the previous situation never even existed! He was on point with everything, from his hospitality to his customer service! The vehicle I purchased was just as he described it to be, FLAWLESS! He even took the time out of his day to pick me up from the airport and he directed me to a good restaurant to go to after driving my vehicle off of the showroom floor. Very easy process at this dealership. When I came back to finalize the sale everything was ready to go. It has been not the most pleasant experience at a dealership that I’ve had I feel they were dishonest about the vehicle I purchased due to the fact it had hail damage. I did not notice it at the dealership it was it a bright sunny day till I got it home and put it in the garage and further inspected it. The hood, the roof and the deck lid were powdered with hail damage. I know it’s not a new vehicle and it’s gonna have some bumps and bruises but there is $2000 worth of damage to this vehicle and I feel like they knew it had hail damage and didn’t disclose it the second finance manager was arrogant and cocky was acting like I was 20 years old and this was my first vehicle I have been buying GM products for over 40 years I currently own 8 GM products after this experience, most likely will be one and done consider buying a Toyota next time

I have excellent credit and could have paid cash if
I have excellent credit and could have paid cash if needed. After I offered asking price and moving forward with a deal, the GM cancelled it because I live out of state and they didn't know how to handle the sales tax, per the sales person. I contacted the state and found it was very easy, one form, and supplied that info to the sales person. She changed up and said that the GM wanted to sell only to locals. Tried to explain that I couldn't find a vehicle in my state, it was between model years so I couldn't order one and was desperate. Nothing. I asked if she, Shana, had explained my situation to the GM or if I could please talk to him to plead my case. She went silent. So I called customer service and asked to speak to the GM and asked what his name was, I was told no to both. Please note that the whole of my conversations were completely respectful on my end. I tried to talk to the most experienced sales person, don't recall his name, and no reply. Okay, fine, don't sell me a truck for cash or with excellent credit, that is between the GM and the owners who I would think would like to move vehicles and not play games. BUT don't disrespect me by going silent. That is flat rude. The number of emails and contacts was less than 10 so it wasn't a case of me overwhelming them and my attitude and demeanor were fully filled with respect. There are a lot of Chevy dealers in this area. I would strongly recommend anyone reading this look elsewhere and don't do business with any George Weber companies.

I just purchased a new 2023 Chevy Suburban Trail Boss from Weber Chevrolet in Columbia, Illinois. I have to say my buying experience was very pleasant from start to finish. Their pricing was very competitive, enough so that I made the trip from Chicago to Columbia for the purchase.
